Temple trip!

Today we went to the temple with Krystal, Patrick, and Brooke. 

We went to the Temple in Jordan. It was good times! 

Top of the conference center

We went to the top of the conference center! It was fun, but the lady who was giving the tour was super anxious to get off the roof before it rained, which did not happen for another hour. 

The view was very pretty! So is my wife and my little girl, who is somewhere in that stroller.

The rain was coming! So the roof was divided into sections based on Utah's outdoors. This picture below is supposed to be Utah's desert. And the trees above from the mountains. Good times! 

Brick slopes 2014

Today I went to Brick Slopes (lego convention) in the Sandy convention center. It was pretty cool, lots of kids there with their parents. Maybe I'll be able to use Maddy as an excuse to be there someday, but today Sterling and I went on our own.

It was fun! The stuff for sale was too expensive, but I got a souvenir book mark that was.... Leftover from the convention in Seattle. 

Comic con!

We went to comic con! Unfortunately, we were not brave enough to dress up. Or nerdy enough. 

It was packed at the salt lake convention center! We saw some interesting characters, not all of which I recognized.

Brandon Sanderson, an author and BYU professor, was there. I bought a book and waited for 45 mins to get an autograph.

We saw Patrick Stewart and Billy Dee Williams ( Lando), but it was too expensive to get their autographs. 

Easter visit with great grandma and great grandpa Weed

We were able to go visit the Weeds for Easter! It was fun to see them and Great Grandpa loved holding Maddy.

State Capitol building

We went to visit the state Capitol building, it was a lot prettier than the Texas one! Although the Texas one was bigger. Of course.
